Cosmic Constructing is owned and managed by the husband and wife team of Dan Oakley and Dacia Giordano.  Like in their marriage, they consider communication as key to their business success. Dan has over 20 years experience in building and construction.  He has started as an apprentice when he was 15 and has worked for the same prestigious building company for over 15 years. As the years passed, Dan built his way up to become a carpenter, foreman and project manager within the company and eventually decided to take the next step - opening his own company.

Who else would be his perfect partner but his wife Dacia? She has experience in small business and office management as well as having an extensive background in customer service - the perfect tools to make your experience with Cosmic Constructing like no other. She is her husband's right hand and biggest fan.

In addition, Cosmic:

1. Regularly communicates with clients through site meetings, notices in writing and constant updates

2. Uses online, automated building software to help manage their projects

3. Establishes work health and safety tools and procedures in all their project sites

4. Engages qualified workers and subcontractors and comply with human resources laws

5. Ensures workers and subcontractors comply with work health and safety and quality requirements by regular toolbox meetings and consultations

6. Maintains insurance policies and licenses as required by law
